		<description><![CDATA[All you have to do is let these get soft just as you do the Hass avocados and make guacamole out of them.  Two makes a large bowl of guacamole.  I usually try to pick out ones that give a little when you squeeze them which means they are ready.  Never had a problem with them.  This sounds good also though.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I live in Florida and never found much use for these big hard advocados. I have people who grow them trying to pass them off to me and I always run..... well actually politely decline but end up with 2 at least . I take them in and let them usually rot and then throw them out. 
Now I can try this and I will start taking all the little suckers in every chance I get if they are as good as they look.]]></description>
