My water didn’t really boil down, so mine didn’t really get a glaze on them. Maybe cook with lid half on next time?

I like these especially because they are sooo simple to throw together….sometimes I don’t even measure it out, just eyeball it and throw it in the pot!

I made these the other weekend – so yummy and so simple! I didn’t even peel my carrots, just sliced them up and cooked them. Everyone had seconds!!
