As everyone else has said, this is super quick and easy to prepare and the family loved it. This will be on the regular rotation.

amazing…..i add peppers and different kinds of meat. even shrimp and prawn…..by far my fave fried rice recipe so far

This was great! I think it was a bit too buttery so I will cut down next time we make it (maybe substitute oil for some of it?). We made it with chicken (and I added more to the recipe and we had it as a main dish). YUM!
