		<description><![CDATA[I never put mine in a dish-- I just put them directly on the oven rack, making sure there is at least two inches between each potato.  I bake them at about 400°F for about an hour.  The skin always comes out crispy and the inside fluffy and tender.  Sometimes the simplest recipes are the BEST!
