I don’t know if it’s the sour cream or the magical combination of the garlic and onions and cheese, but I knew I’d landed on something when friends didn’t know they weren’t eating potatoes!

And for the life of me, I don’t know why the list of ingredients keeps messing up! I have ordered and re-ordered so many times, but cauliflower wants to hide at the end. I give up!
