		<description><![CDATA[Made this last night for a Mexican themed dinner and LOVED IT!  The only thing I would add is maybe more salt.  I didn&#039;t have peanut oil (allergy alert), so I substituted canola oil and it worked out great.  I will be making this again soon.]]></description>
