Really, really Good! I replaced the bacon with some smoked paprika and a little olive oil to make it more healthful and keep the smokey flavor…worked like a charm!

These are fantastic and have definitely become a staple at our holiday meals. They are a hit with young and old, picky eater or not! And GOSH does it smell good cooking!

OMG! Eating these as we speak. Soooooo good! The only thing is, I used fresh yellow wax beans, instead of the green beans, a whole 1 lb of bacon, and fresh, peeled tomatoes with a cup of water, to make up for the asence of the canned tomato juice. But OMG, so good! My whole family agrees too. Thank you for the recipe.

I have made these green beans 4 or 5 times. They never fail to make an impression on everyone. They are so good and taste like fresh beans. Thank you!! We love them.

Made these today for our Christmas feast. They are fantastic. The flavor was incredible, and everybody loved them. They are so very easy to make . I’ll make these again and again!
