Loved the crunch of the cucumbers and onions! I used plain Greek yogurt – slightly different flavor but the same texture. It turned out really good but will definitely try it with sour cream next time.

I think you could even pile some of this salad on top of a burger and it would be good! I used low fat sour cream, but otherwise followed it as written.
