These were the best black beans I’ve ever made. Really simple, but great results! The teaspoon of vinegar really makes it. Sounds a little odd, but once you try it, you’ll be a believer!

The only thing I didn’t have on hand was a bay leaf, and my family isn’t too keen on bay anyway so it wasn’t a problem.

I will make these again and again!
