		<description><![CDATA[CarolinaHeartStrings, I have been making this for years and it is delicious.   I haven&#039;t made it in a while and you have inspired me.  It is so convinient because it doesn&#039;t take up space in the oven.  I have found over the years that the sweetness of the carrots makes a huge difference in the casserole taste.  Mine calls for  1/4 cup flour, 8 oz stuffing, and cook for 7 to 9 hours.  I hope readers try it.
