Fabulous!! I didn’t have any milk on hand, had to use half-n-half [darn the luck!] so the sauce was too thick, and I had to add more to thin it down. It turned out fantastic anyway, and I have some leftover sauce. Which I can’t wait to try on fish! Or pasta!
