These are delicious. The cream and the bacon make this real comfort food for me. I love that combination with the brussels sprouts. The texture was good but I think next time I’d slice the sprouts instead of shredding them. I can’t wait to share these with my dad since we are the only sprout eaters in our family, although I got my 10 yo son to admit “they aren’t bad” with this recipe!
