These were great! It took about 20-25 minutes for the potatoes to boil. I mixed minced garlic with the olive oil that I spread on top and sprinkled on some cheddar cheese for the last 5 minutes. Yum!

Better than expected! At first it just seemed like another way to try potatoes - but they are now my favorite way. Dried or fresh rosemary, both worked fine. We also have more success with the tops getting crunchy if they are in the top shelf or if you turn on the broil feature toward the end of cooking. In-laws really liked them, and called to ask for the recipe the very next morning, they wanted to make some more to have for breakfast.

When we tried to mash our potatoes, they didn't mash, they broke apart in pieces. So we just quartered them and cooked them. They tasted very good but we didn't get the visual crash effect that we were looking for.
