This is delicious! Everyone loved it. It’s a nice change from plain ol’ corn. Beware though, it is very easy to over salt! Add just a little at a time or you’ll be drinking lots of water with your dinner (learned that the first time I made it). It was still good though

awesome corn!… i made two types this christmas and this was my fav and everyone elses. really yummy. next time i might add a couple cans of diced green chilis… just for a little spice.

I used fresh corn in this salad. It was AMAZING. I had to make a second batch for my husband because I ate the first one by myself. This salad is very easy to make and the ingredients all compliment each other very nicely.
