Great recipe, a little too much heat for me. I loved that I could leave some of the potatoes out of the sauce for those that don’t like spicy. Loved the brightness that the lime added.

This potato dish was a colossal hit at our house! Spicy but not overly spicy – I only juiced and zested 1/2 of a lime (needed the other 1/2 for my main dish) and I think I will plan on using the whole lime next time I make these…which will be quite often since my husband & son absolutely devoured them! Great recipe!
