I found this to be absolutely delicious! I made this for some friends I had over for a dinner party and we were fighting over seconds. They ate it all! I made a second batch a couple nights later because I just couldn’t get my mind off of it’s creamy salty-ness.
The cream, salt, and sugar mix together so nicely it’s sweat and salty and when you get a bite of jalepeno, just the right spice. I added extra pepper to my second batch and used about half the sugar because I try not to eat too much sugar. Oh and I added garlic as well.
