I loved the sweet green deliciousness of the sprouts, though the balsamic reduction was a strange mix of over-sweet and bitter. I reduced the sugar from the start, and I think I need a better balsamic vinegar, and that should do the trick! The cranberries are just the perfect touch. Delish.

It was wonderful. I love roasted Brussels sprouts and am so happy to find this recipe. Fresh sprouts are the way to go. Have tried frozen and they were very bitter. Could not eat them.
