These were a big hit at my house. Great alternative to French fries! Will definitely be making these again. I think I will try the other reviewers idea of using some Parmesan cheese to cut down the carbs.

Mine weren't crispy, but tasted great. All three kids ate them, even my "picky" child. Would definitely make them again. But might cut the zucchini in rounds instead of lengths.

Yummy! I used grated parmesan instead of breadcrumbs and heavy cream for the milk to work with my low-carb life. Perfect side to just about anything. Now, if I could just get certain people to keep their mitts off them so I could eat some!

The blend of flavors for the breadcrumbs are a perfect pairing with the juicy, fresh zucchini. They weren't especially crispy, but the fact that they're made in the oven totally made up for it! Frying takes SO MUCH time and it is so hot! I scarfed an entire zucchini's worth of "fries" all by myself. Delish.

These were so good! Even my kids loved them. The only problem I had was with the coating not wanting to stick. They were still wonderful though! Thanks for a great recipe!

I love fried zucchini, so I was excited to find this healthier alternative...and easier, as it doesn't require any actual frying. I used panko breadcrumbs for an extra crispy texture and broiled for a couple of minutes at the end.

Also, the salt per the recipe was a little much for us, so I would reduce the amount next time. And there will be a next time! Thanks for this great recipe.

I have fond memories of fried zucchini fries from my childhood; but 100+ degree Oklahoma summer days make me not want to stand over a hot vat of oil.

I changed some of the spices to match the preferences of the household and was very pleased with the crispy fry. Great recipe!
