We loved these. I used paprika rather than cayenne as someone else stated, and at 23 minutes they were a good bit overcooked so I will decrease that next time. I was surprised that one sweet potato was enough for two people but it was plenty.

Very yummy. I eliminated the cayenne and used paprika instead, as I am serving young tots… They came out perfect – best sweet potato fries I’ve ever made! Thanks for the recipe!

pretty good. just don’t make them too thin, and make sure to turn them at a good time or they’ll burn. otherwise, lovely.

Unbelievably delicious…better than a regular French fry. I have also made with garlic salt, pepper, and paprika and it was just as good.
