This was really good! I don’t have much of a sweet tooth when it comes to dressing, so I used just 1 tablespoon of honey in the dressing (and also just 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds). I served it with dinner last night for my Bible study ladies. The whole dinner was just, “Pass the salad, please!” People had 3 and 4 servings of it! I will definitely make this again! Thank you!

This looks great, and I will try it tonight. However, I’m looking at your note for tangier slaw… You do realize that 1/3 cup is more than 1/4 cup, right?

Yum! I didn’t have the poppy seeds, but it was great anyway. Loved the addition of apples to the slaw.

I tried this recipe for 4th of July! Delicious! I ended up using red wine vinegar instead of cider vinegar, and it still turned out great. But I only added 1 tablespoon of poppyseeds, which seemed like plenty to me.
