I am having a blast trying to figure out new (and old ways) to cook or eat the unique veggies.

Tonight I am going to attempt a Mac and Cheese version. I am going to replace the macaroni with the cubed, cooked kohlrabi.

Careful not to simmer too hot or the cream separates. Even then it tastes great but a slower simmer leaves it creamy.
