I was looking for a potato salad that was like one I had a small bbq restaurant. This is it and is perfect. I took it to a bbq with friends and there was none left to take home. Everyone loved it!

Seriously YUM. Didn’t have bacon so I just did some celery instead for texture. It was so good I couldn’t stop eating it after it was done….I had to make some more to take to the party Definitely my favorite potato salad.

Oh yes!!! Bacon makes everything so much better!!!!
I love this version and I add cheddar cheese and leave out the egg…..kind of like a baked potato! YUM!!! Good work PattyJO!
