I made it over the July 4th weekend and took it to my parents house for our celebration dinner, and everyone raved about it. I was a bit worried about the sweetness level so I omitted the 1/3 c. sugar. It was still rather sweet so I think when I make it tonight (yes, I’m making it again!) I will even cut back on the amount of s.c.m. too! Thanks for the yummy recipe!

Everyone loved it. It had just that right amount of mayo and was not overly sweet. I would recomend making it a day in advance, the second day it was even better. This will be my go to macaroni salad for now on.
