I substituted a yellow onion, cashews, fresh Sungold (orange &amp; sweet)cherry tomatoes and regular blue cheese dressing.  And my husband liked it.  Did I mention he liked it!]]></description>

If you just don&#039;t like onions though, then certainly leave &#039;em out. I bet mushrooms would be nice cooked in some balsamic vinegar, or even a bell pepper.]]></description>
