This was too hot for us, but so goooood! We’re going to dial back the sauce and probably not put the extra over the salad in the end. I think wimpy us might be able to finish it then. We were so sorry to not be able to because as I said, it was very tasty! We used sunflower seeds as those were easy to get. We will make this again!

Not to hot and not to sweet but refreshing. We used Cesar Salad Dressing. The only thing I didn’t add was the pepitas. Had it for lunch today and the shrimp were even good cold. I’m excited to make this for guests this Summer.
