I don’t usually like brussel sprouts. However, made this for my husband who loves them, but wanted something different than the standard boiled ones. I must say I really like this version! It tones down that strong taste. Great recipe!

My 9 y/o daughter loves brussel sprouts so this was a great new way to make them! I really enjoyed the flavor of the balsamic vinegar and bacon with it. Thanks.

YUM! I have been learning to like brussel sprouts lately and this has just been my favorite. By shredding them you get flavor throughout instead of a center that still has a strong brussel sprout flavor. Easy to make, great flavor. I probably used a lot more Asiago cheese though Definitely a must make again!!
