Tried this recipe last night for a light summer dessert for a dinner party and it was a big hit. Summer in Delaware gives us a bounty of fresh fruit so a tray full of peaches and nectarines were put to good use. Instead of pulling off individual leaves of mint I just cut up several stalks and put those in the syrup and also warmed the syrup in the microwave on half power for about a minute to melt the sugar. Served the peaches on small squares of home made pound cake with a dollop of fresh whipped cream and mint leaves. Delicious! Will do this again. Thanks for the recipe.

Perhaps my mint was especially potent--all the other flavors were subsumed. Not inedible or bad, but too much mint for us.

I made this for a family party and everyone loved it! It is so different from a boring fruit salad. I used strawberries, bananas, blueberries, grapes, peaches, and kiwi for fruit, and I ended up using more of the dressing than was called for. Great recipe!

I was looking for a "healthy dessert" that I could serve to a crowd and would not require any cooking. I came across this recipe, and although I used different fruits, I did use the dressing and don't think I heard any less than two compliments on the salad from every person I served it to. This is delicious, and the mint makes it super interesting. I will be making it again this weekend.

I have done this exact recipe several times and it is delicious with lots of different types of fruit. I have also used canned pineapple in juice, and mixed in the juice with the lime juice, honey, and mint - very good.
