Thanks for putting it out there for others to enjoy. One tip… I mix all ingredients minus the crushed chips. When serving, I put a bed of crushed chips on a plate and pile on the salad part, no more soggy chips.
Also, I liked the tip about using Fritos and ranch, I will have to try this sometime.

It is super easy & has a wonderful flavor, but doesn’t keep well as the chips do indeed get soggy. Great idea Laurie – keeping the ingredients separate so each person can make his own -I will surely try that next time we make this.

We don’t mix anything together though. We leave it all in seperate dishes so each can make their own. could also add some mexican or grilled corn for a little twist.
