We recently acquired somewhere around 5 pounds of romaine hearts, so I’ve been eating a lot of salad lately. But I got really tired of plain old ranch or ceasar. This is the perfect antidote! Light and fresh, with a nice peppery bite to it. I added a little bit of parsley to mine for some color. I will definitely be making this many times over!

I made this dressing yesterday and it was very delicious. The ingredients work so well together. It’s light with a hint of sweetness from the maple syrup. This is my new favorite dressing.

I always make my own salad dressing and this one will definitely be added to the “dressing rotation”. The maple syrup takes this beyond the ordinary. Thanks for the recipe–my salads thank you, too!
