I used shredded mozarella instead of feta because I’m related to a bunch of crazies who don’t like feta. It was good with the mozarella, but I think I’d personally like it better with the feta so I”m going to make a batch for myself using feta next time. Great pasta salad recipe – it’s going in my recipe folder.
