Agree that this is the absolute best bean salad ever! I get requests for it for any family gathering. Just be sure to make at least a day ahead and enjoy!

This is the best bean salad recipe I have ever made! I’ve made it several time now. I had been looking for a good recipe for a long time and the ones I found were ok but not outstanding. This one IS outstanding!

I have made this Bean Salad several times and it so good! I made this for my Mom when she came to visit and she loved it! Thanks for sharing this recipe, its a keeper for sure!

This is incredible!!!! It barely made it to work with me today for the potluck because everyone at home wanted to eat it. I only changed 1 thing..used fresh oregano instead of dill at the request of a coworker. Absolutely divine!! Am curious to try with the dill next time.

Making this for a potluck this week for work. Was just thinking the 1/4 cup of olives didn’t sound like much, then noticed on your website it calls for a full cup…that’s more like it!

Everyone loved this salad. It will become a staple for us. I makes the perfect snack for me between meals.

A few slight changes that worked for me –
Instead of worrying about the number of cups of each kind of bean, I just went with one can of each.

Also, I couldn’t find “Yellow Beans”, so I went with “Wax Beans’ which are yellow. I’m still not sure if they’re technically the same thing, but the Wax Beans worked great.

With one can of each, there may be a bit too much oil, but after marinading for 3 days, I’ll just pour out some of it.
