After tasting I felt it was too bland for my taste and added garlic, cumin and a few other seasonings. I was also glad I had cooked the chicken with more flavor as well (I used a generous amount of seasoned salt). Once the seasoning was adjusted it was a great base to work with. We served it with rice and grated cheese on top. I will definitely make this again and I think it would be fabulous with some avocado slices.
