My mom would take me to Detroit to the Big Hudsons department store each summer for a day of shopping. We always ate lunch on the top floor overlooking the city. This salad was on their menu and always a favorite of ours to order!!! I have a recipe to make it, but I just added sour cream and chopped pickles to green goddess dressing. It is so good and such a comfort food!!
