		<description><![CDATA[This was really simple and delicious. I swirled a spoonful of the goat cheese into the mixture while the noodles were still warm to add a touch of creaminess. The leftovers were great cold with some chicken, too. I think I&#039;m going to try it with Israeli couscous next time.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Great recipe!  I usually roast peppers under the broiler, but I decided to go the oven route described here this time.  They turned out wonderfully!  (perhaps in part because I forgot they were in the oven and left them a little longer than I&#039;d planned).  I made my own balsamic vinaigrette and used fresh mozzarella instead of goat cheese.  I&#039;m taking this to a BBQ this afternoon and I know it will be a hit.  Thanks!]]></description>
