I brought this to a picnic last weekend and it was a huge hit. I had to modify it slightly due to what I had on hand. I omitted the cayenne, and substituted cucumber for the yellow pepper and apple cider vinegar for red wine vinegar. Really yummy!!!

This is the best pasta salad ever! I added zucchini, cucumber, and tomato. No matter what you add you can’t go wrong with this recipe! Thanks!

fantastic!! i included a shredded zucchini, reduced the carrots to 2 shredded, and substituted edamame for peas…kept everything else the same!! very satisfying and healthy too!
