This was excellent – tangy, salty & sweet! I did add some extra veggies & a tablespoon of sweet relish for an extra oomph & it was fantastic. I will definitely make this again for potlucks & parties!

Being a potato salad girl, I have never really liked macaroni salad; however, I did not want to peel and boil potatoes for our foster parent picnic so I made this. I am a convert, loved it!!!

Southern macaroni salad (and even in IL) is ALWAYS sweeter than store bought. I can’t WAIT to try this one- and it seems perfect for a bonfire night at the pond (our plans tonight).

This really is simple and yummy! You can add a lot of different things to make it your own, but is a perfect basic recipe! We loved it!

I loved, loved, LOVED this and in fact blogged it It is like a deviled egg pasta salad. I doubled the amount of eggs and celery, because I am a rebel like that, lol! Thanks so much for sharing!

Thanks so much for the comments about the sweetness. I thought that looked like a lot of sugar and I’m kind of funny about too much sweetness in savory type foods.

Wonderful!!! Made this very quickly for an impromptu cookout today. It was super easy to throw together and delicious!!!!!! I did add a dash of dill and a pinch of dried chives. LOVE IT!!
