By the way, as a mayonnaise substitute in some things, try using a jarred alfredo sauce; it&#039;s thinner than mayo, but depending on the other ingredients it can work nicely as a binder, providing the flavor doesn&#039;t interfere. This recipe looks like a good candidate to try that with!]]></description>
