This salad was absolutely amazing. The flavours dance around in your mouth in little bursts, reminding you of each ingredient’s presence as you chew. I made this for company last night and it was a hit. I wouldn’t have thought that grilling watermelon in a grill pan could set off the fire alarm, but it did. Thanks for a fabulous recipe. It’s going in my permanent collection.
