I always try to follow directions to the letter when using a recipe for the first time, but we had an abundance of all the veggies for this but NO lettuce in the house. So I made this without lettuce and than that, it was followed to the letter. It is AMAZING. But next time, I will add the Romaine. Thanks so much for this inspiration!!!!
