Bright and crisp and salty with just a little sweet. I threw the olives in with the dressing in a mini-chopper, and it minced them perfectly. Every bite of salad had at hit of olive so there was no fighting over who got to take the whole ones out of the bowl!
Oh – and don’t forget that spritz of lemon at serving time – it took this salad from good to great.
One more thing – if you’re an herb kind of person, a sprinkle of oregano in the dressing adds another layer of flavor. Not necessary, just interesting

There’s no vinegar (just lemon juice instead for the acid), oregano, and LOTS of garlic. You will not be dissapointed…it always gets RAVE reviews!!!
