I made a little pesto variation…toasted the garlic and nuts, slightly bruised the basil before processing. Must have the pesto on top. Can’t say enough about how good this was. Even thought about throwing a drizzle of reduced balsamic vinegar but held off because I couldn’t stop eating the pesto by itself. Thanks for sharing.
