We used instant vanilla, a large can of pineapple chunks and a can of mandarin oranges. (think the size of the veggie cans in the store.) This seemed like we ended up with a little too much liquid so next time I’ll reduce it slightly. I think the lemon pudding will be great in the future but family is angling for me to use only vanilla or chocolate. I LOVE how easy it was and I can finally get the kids to eat a fruit dessert after a heavy meal!
