I tossed a few tablespoons of the dressing with hot pasta and a bit of pasta water. I tossed in asparagus, peas, spinach, and halved grape tomatoes, then topped with a bit of parmesan cheese and black pepper. It was delicious and definitely a keeper. Thank you!

I tossed a few tablespoons of the dressing with hot noodles and a few tablespoons of pasta water; plus asparagus, peas, spinach, and halved grape tomatoes.
