I make a variation with sliced strawberries (frozen on a bag work fine) and feta cheese. Yum! But the magic is good raspberry vinaigrette dressing.

I’ve been making this salad for years. I use a Spring Mix and I always toast the Pecans….and it really calls for a sweet dressing to go with it.

Sounds extremely good…the pecans are right up my alley! Like all good Georgia farm girls, I have a plentiful supply from the trees bordering one of our pasture fences!
