This was really tasty, and kept well in the fridge for a couple of days. I cut down on the sugar (used less than 1 cup) and it was still plenty sweet for me. Will make this again now that cucumbers are ready in the garden!

Made this on Sunday for a family get together. Everyone LOVED IT!! The apple cider vinegar gives it a nice sweetness. I used the equivalent amount of Chef Salt in place of the seasonings & it was great. The dressing does make a lot, so next time I'll cut down on that amount. I had extra pasta on hand, so I ended up making 1 1/2 recipe and had PLENTY of dressing.
