Very tasty! I added red & yellow bell peppers, some shredded carrots and omitted the tomatoes. I may make a little more dressing next time because I like mine really creamy. But, otherwise, I loved this.

I also added a radish to this. What I was looking for when I was looking for a macaroni salad recipe, is one that uses “less” mayo and seemed a bit “healthier.” This did the trick. Thanks!

Very versatile! We are not celery eaters so I substituted green bell pepper for the celery. I also doubled the entire recipe, omitted the tomatoes, and added 1 Tbsp additional sugar. Very tasty! And a perfect compliment to the Sloppy Joe recipe by daxphillips.

I make mine almost exactly the same, but I usually add some chopped muenster cheese alone with everything else. This is a great recipe to have, and you can add or take out whatever you like. Very adaptable!

Glad to have this recipe! How many times have I frantically searched the internet for just such a recipe, not found it, tried to throw it together (not my gift) and experienced a major FAIL! No more!
