I added leftover cooked turkey breast, come diced English cucumber, sliced celery and sliced fresh snow peas. I also subbed out rice vinegar for the white wine vinegar in the dressing. It was a meal in one-and a delicious one too. I know I’ll be making this again and again-especially this summer with leftover chicken.
