I am late in reviewing, as it was last summer that I made it for the first time. Since then, it has become a go to pasta salad for me! Easy and full of flavor! I have bought the sausage at either Trader Joe’s or Kroger and have enjoyed the different flavors you can combine when you buy different sausages. No need to wait until summer, make it now!

She’s right…it just gets better the longer it sits!

One note—make sure the pasta is completely cooled before adding the cheese, my first time it melted a bit.
