The flavor is a little salty and a little sweet and the texture is crunchy. The charred corn is a must for the salad. Be patient, let the corn get a nice caramel color on at least one side. You won’t be disappointed. I have used cabbage in place of the Napa cabbage and it was just as yummy. Great salad to take to a group dinner
