You just need to stir it before you use it. I like the dressing when it is fresh, but I think it actually tastes even better after it sets at least a day.

My kids are not sour cream ranch lovers so they have requested I try it with more mayo in place of the sour cream, so I am making a batch of that for them later. Also, the “green bits” might get a quick pulse in the food processer along with everything else. I also like the small portion, it’s just enough for us to use up without any of it going bad.
